DocSeed is a productivity tool that allows users to extract structured data from product images—such as pesticides, herbicides, and packaging labels—using AI-powered services (Google’s Gemini API). This extracted data is auto-filled into predefined templates for convenience and consistency.

To use DocSeed, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age.

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

By using DocSeed, you agree to:

  • Only upload images you are authorized to use.

  • Avoid uploading offensive, unlawful, or confidential content without proper consent.

  • Use the application for lawful purposes only.

4. Data Accuracy

DocSeed strives to provide accurate extractions using AI, but:

  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data.

  • You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all extracted information.

5. Third-Party APIs

DocSeed relies on the Google Gemini API for image and text processing. Your use of this app implies agreement to any applicable terms related to Gemini and Google Cloud APIs.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and software features of DocSeed are owned by us. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application or its content.

  • Use the app for reverse engineering or scraping data.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any incorrect or misleading data extracted.

  • Any damage caused by misuse of the app.

  • Temporary unavailability or errors resulting from external API limitations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  • Modify or discontinue any aspect of the app without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of DocSeed after changes constitutes acceptance.
